 We decided to set up and run our own community website . The site is an online community for Scottish Deerhound enthusiasts. The main features of the site are:
- A directory that is free to use, although it can be configured to make a charge to business wishing to list.
- We also included a fully functional forum. For members to discuss topics of their choice.
- Users can register an account, manage there personal information and password.
- Polls, relating to fun or controversial topics.
- A reciprocal link exchange, this promotes the site in google and other search engines and also promotes the sites of those who link. The net result is that people involved in the community get better web coverage.
- Teratyke host and maintain this site.
